Under Marisol’s leadership, GAMA-1 implemented and developed a comprehensive HCM platform, Workforce, creating greater visibility, operational efficiency, and scalability to support a growing federal workforce. This modernization effort streamlined onboarding, performance management, compensation tracking, and compliance processes—positioning the company for sustainable expansion in the GovCon marketplace.

She also established GAMA-Gateway, GAMA-1’s centralized internal communications and engagement hub. More than just an information portal, GAMA-Gateway has become a dynamic resource center—connecting employees to company updates, recognition programs, leadership resources, benefits information, and professional development tools. It has strengthened transparency and fostered a stronger sense of community across geographically dispersed teams supporting NOAA, NASA, and other federal agencies.
