‘Tis the Season for Giving, sharing joy, and happiness. Every holiday season, there are children who do not receive gifts because their families are struggling financially and cannot afford the expense. The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program has been running for over 40 years to ensure that these children have a wonderful holiday season with their families. This year, the Salvation Army Prince George’s County Unit is looking forward to sharing holiday cheer with over 6,000 little angels in need within the DC area.
Over the past five years, GAMA-1 has been fortunate to be a corporate Angel Tree Sponsor. This year we adopted two angels, ages 3 and 12. GAMA-1 purchased toys, educational items, clothing, and shoes to make their holiday gift wishes come true.
