Collaborating closely with federal Chief Information Offices (CIOs), Gus has elevated the potential of data intelligence, improved quick decision-making processes, and optimized operational realms. Jacqueline Genovesi, Chief Strategic Officer at GAMA-1 Technologies, reporting directly to President Gus Gamarra, has redefined GAMA-1’s corporate vision and strategy since 2023. Ms. Genovesi oversees strategic planning initiatives and enhances strategic prioritization across the company. With a track record of excellence dating back to her tenure at Procter & Gamble as their Global Government Relations Manager, Jacqui joined GAMA-1 in 2009. She progressively shouldered new responsibilities and significantly influenced the company’s growth trajectory. Her journey culminated where she continued to steer corporate operations, drive financial strategies, and evaluate opportunities across all business units. 

Alesa Shelton, Chief Operating Officer (COO) at GAMA-1 Technologies, is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in strategic managed solutions. Ms. Shelton’s exceptional analytical, managerial, and communication skills have been pivotal throughout her journey at GAMA-1, where she initially joined in 2016. Having progressively advanced within the Operations Business Unit, she once held the position of Vice President of Operations. Ms. Shelton’s robust expertise, coupled with industry certifications including PMP, ITIL Expert level, and Forrester CX Champ, equips her to effectively oversee administrative and operational functions. Alesa holds a BS in Information Technology from the University of North Carolina. As COO, Ms. Shelton leverages her strategic insight to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, ensure cross-functional collaboration, and implement GAMA-1’s strategic business plan under the guidance of the Chief Strategic Officer and CEO/President. Her role reflects GAMA-1’s commitment to fostering internal talent and driving strategic innovation under her seasoned leadership.

Gian Dilawari stands as a pioneering figure in the realm of cloud computing, telecommunications, and travel industry solutions. As an AWS Certified Solution Architect and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at GAMA-1 Technologies since 2019, he has been instrumental in sculpting cloud strategies for clientele, leading transformative initiatives such as the NESDIS Common Cloud Framework (NCCF) for mission-critical satellite processing. His adeptness extends to meticulous project management, from overseeing the substantial 15 PB Comprehensive Large Array-data Stewardship System (CLASS) tape migration to the cloud, to pioneering the NESDIS Cloud-sandbox Infrastructure Service (NCIS) that revolutionizes the experimenting process in cloud services. As CTO, he rallies a team of cloud specialists dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art solutions to federal clients, leveraging Serverless, PaaS, and IaaS technologies. His expansive leadership roles have ranged from serving as the President of TravTech, a global SaaS provider in the travel sector, to the CTO at Cable and Wireless USA, a telecom giant with sales surpassing $2 billion. His community involvement is evident as a member of the DC CTO Club and a past board member of TiE-DC. Furthermore, Gian is not just a seasoned executive but also an angel investor, spearheading initiatives like Tysons Angels, showcasing his commitment to fostering entrepreneurial growth.

Gerald Stark, Vice President of Business Development at GAMA-1 since 2017, brings over two decades of program management and business development expertise to his role. With a strong foundation in electronics from the US Air Force and a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus, Gerald’s career evolved from software development to project management. His contributions have positioned GAMA-1 as a leading provider of network and cloud integration solutions to NOAA, reflecting his deep commitment to fostering government missions. Gerald’s multifaceted skill set encompasses technical acumen, executive leadership, and a keen sense of business development, exemplified by his PMP certification. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Gerald finds solace in boating, culinary exploration, raising Belgian Shepherds, and community service endeavors with organizations like the Annapolis SPCA and Rebuilding Together. His enthusiasm for GAMA-1’s small company ethos, combined with his determination to drive growth, make him a vital asset in propelling the company forward.

Kevin Nzuwah, an accomplished financial strategist, is the Vice President of Finance at GAMA-1, where he has orchestrated the implementation and enhancement of financial processes, guided pricing strategy, conducted corporate financial analysis, and devised profit optimization strategies. With a background encompassing investment finance and degrees from Morehouse College and Georgetown University, Kevin’s journey from JP Morgan to his pivotal role at GAMA-1 showcases his commitment to fostering financial growth. He began as a consultant, quickly ascending to a full-time role due to his impactful financial modeling and analysis support. Kevin’s dedication to GAMA-1’s success is palpable, and he now collaborates closely with the Executive Management team, leveraging his strategic financial acumen to drive the company’s future growth and prosperity.

Dan Beall is a seasoned Senior Executive with a track record of over three decades in delivering exceptional results across competitive business markets. As Vice President of Operations at GAMA-1 Technologies, he brings a wealth of expertise honed through his diverse leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Peraton, Solers, Integral Systems, Lockheed Martin, Loral, and Ford Aerospace. With a profound understanding of program management, negotiations, business development, budgets, and strategic planning, Dan guides GAMA-1’s Directors, Program Managers, Task Leads, and employees in optimizing government contract performance operations, customer relationship management, and future acquisitions. With a background spanning software engineering, architecture, and program management, Dan holds a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified PM Professional, a member of the American Meteorological Society, and affiliated with the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

Marisol Milliken serves as Vice President of People Operations at GAMA-1 Technologies, where she leads organization-wide people strategy supporting a mission-focused federal workforce. With more than 20 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, she specializes in workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and leadership development within highly regulated environments. Promoted to Vice President in 2026, Marisol is recognized for building scalable People Operations functions that strengthen culture, enhance employee engagement, and align talent initiatives to mission delivery. Her early career at Walt Disney World shaped her leadership approach through experience in large-scale workforce operations, structured leadership development, and culture-driven performance — a foundation she continues to apply in supporting mission-focused federal teams.
